Steel Roller Rings and Steel Insulators

Steel roller rings/steel insulators placed in concentric or eccentric positions act as spacers between the pipe and casing pipes to facilitate pipe installation by reducing friction between the carrier pipe and the casing and ensures electrical isolation of both pipes.

Assembly:

Steel insulators are assembled by clamping together two halves which are individually manufactured, using hexagon nuts and bolts.




Ring halves and skids are made of steel. The surfaces are available without corrosion protection (black), or bitumen coated, plastic-coated, hot-galvanized, or in stainless steel.

Wheels made of polyamide, steel, or stainless steel. Sliding parts made of PP, steel, brass, etc. bolts made of galvanized, high-strength steel or stainless steel. Varying skid heights on both, the upper and the lower ring halves allow for any media pipe position inside the casing.

  • Guiding rails can be used for torsion protection in long distances.

  • Steel roller rings for single or multiple pipes.

  • Roller ring with holding clamp for socket joints.

  • Tie bar system ( roller ring fixed at one side and clamping ring on other side of the socket are tied using tie bars) may be used to ensure tight socket joints.
